Different start channel per device
There's no option right now, but it would be great if we could select first to open (when clicking on the widget) e.g. On mobile - WhatsApp On desktop - Webchat

Color for voice channels
Currently it's possible to set a color on most of the channels, but not for voice channels. Having a visual distinction for different voice tickets would make things a lot easier :)
