Omdat onze klanten veelvuldig gebruik maken van de live chat en altijd daarbij hun e-mailadres moeten invullen, willen we hen ook de CSAT sturen na een chatgesprek.

Let each individual user upload a custom picture for their signature.
We would like to be able to add our own individual e-mail signature for each user. In Freshdesk, for example, each user can upload this themselves in their own user settings.
