Snooze a ticket and assign to a team
When someone snoozes a ticket it has to be assigned to a person. However we want to snooze a ticket and assign it to a team so when it's activated it pops up in the inbox of a team.

In addition to this ticket it would be awesome to add the possibility to place a thumbs up/down or rating notice in the signature of tickets so customers can give feedback on the given support.…
