Scheduling auto-replies

It would be nice to schedule and plan Auto-replies in advance. This would be great for holidays for example, if you know in advance that the organization is closed during that period of time.

  • Good thinking! Where would you like to be able to create settings relating to scheduled Holidays?

    • Tamara Berner Within the Autoreply menu, being able to schedule when an autoreply needs to be activated, for example. This way the auto reply will be automatically inactive.

  • Currently we are improving the auto replies function, creating the following possibilities: 

    1. Setting specific Auto Replies per channel.

  • Can we add this option also to the Voice channel?

    We want to be able to create 'holiday' profiles containing public holidays. We would like to connect these profiles to a phonenumber. For example, our Belgium phone number has a different holiday profile. 

    On these days we automatically want the phone to go to voicemail and play a custom message explaining it's a national holiday and that we are closed because of that. 

    Now on every single public holiday I would need to change my business hours and voice messages on the phone..

  • We're planning to implement the possibility to schedule Auto Replies for every written channel as well as for Voice. This way Auto replies and Auto messages can be scheduled for Holidays or other events.

  • We have added new features in Rules, including the condition "Date / time in UTC", creating the opportunity to schedule and create Holiday messages for all written channels.
