Categories and message subject for Quick Reply
Hi,
I want to propose a feature:
Add categories to Quick Replies. You can assign quick replies to specific categories.
- Bookings
- quick reply 1. New booking.
- quick reply 2. Reminder for booking.
- Check Outs
- Reminder check out date.
- Confirmation check out.
We use lots of quick replies. Having categories to sort them would help.
In addition to this I propose message/email subjects for quick replies.
If you create a new email message and click on the quick reply, the email subject is also automatically inserted.

J Damen Thank you for your feedback. This is definitely something we want to add in the near future. For now, we recommend using a prefix in the title to categorise based on team/language etc.
