see the quoted email when you are composing a reply

when you are composing a reply to an email it appears that you are writing a completely new email rather than responding to an existing thread. When there are several threads for the same customer it would be useful to be able to expand the previous responses. You can do this when viewing the emails with the 3 dots. I suggest this should be also possible when composing.

Do I read correctly that you would like to see the 'history' of the conversation in the actual response/text field when you are writing a reply? We will take this into consideration for any future iterations of our email and messaging feature.
