Thanks for sharing your idea with us 馃槉 I read that when you send an email from Trengo (outbound) you want to have the possibility to automatically add another email address in the BCC so the outbound email is also sent there. We will monitor the demand for this feature and keep you posted on relevant updates!

Surely this is not possible in rules, as the trigger is the sending of the email (which has now been sent).
What about having some setting on the Channel (mailbox), where you can add a BCC address to the whole channel?-

I don't quite sure if I fully understand what you are proposing.
It would be great if it could be for all the channel.
There is a conditional "when Outbound message is sent", it's great. The issue is that in Actions I can't add an email in BCC automatically.
