Now, there are two ways to collect the customer e-mail. When this e-mail is collected, this is e-mail can be send via a 'webhook' (contact_email).
Two ways to collect this event:
1. Chat is always open, then there is a question to collect an e-mailadres
2. Via a flowbot
It would be great if there are more ways to create the event 'contact_email' (and other events ofcourse). There are so much more possibilties, also with external parties, when this works more flexible.
