Bulk sms not working

Hi all, 

I scheduled a bulk sms for today at 9.00am to 999 contacts. But no sms has been sent. Does it work? Anybody already used it?

  • Gianluca Thank you for your question. Bulk SMS needs to be enabled separately per account, did you contact team@trengo.com to enable this ?

      Daniela Backman Yes, they enabled me. but it did not work. i sent sms to 999 numbers and nobody received it.

      Gianluca That's a shame, there must be some kind of issue that requires further investigation. I think it would be best to solve this with the support team as I don't have all the information here. I'll follow up with the support team to make sure we figure this out :)
