Direct link to trigger the Trengo pop up!
At the moment the Trengo Pop-up can only be triggered by pressing the Trengo button.
We would like to send our customers to the Trengo Pop-up from multiple channels, because that is the place where they are helped.
Therefore my proposal: a direct link that triggers the Trengo pop-up and opens it.
You can use this, for example, on your website at the button 'Customer service.'

Peter van den Berg Thank you for your feedback. You can actually do this by using the Widget Automations feature. You can read more about it here. In short, you would use the referrer url in the audience part (see screenshot). I would also recommend taking a look at our developer documentation to see what possibilities you can find there. You have to create a link like this => <a href="" onclick="window.Trengo.eventBus.$emit('widget.open')">klik hier</a>
