Thanks for your post 😊 It is not possible through Trengo directly to achieve this but you could have a look at the options that Zapier provides : https://zapier.com/apps/trengo/integrations/slack. This way you can add a specific action in Slack based on a specific activity in Trengo! Hope this helps a bit!
