Notification settings for team chat
With the introduction of the new team chat functionality, it would be awesome if the notification settings for team chat will get more flexible.
- Pop-up when new direct message: YES / NO
- Pop-up when new group message: YES / NO
- Possibility to disable notifications for specific group chats
- Notification sound for new direct message: YES(choose sound) / NO
- Notification sound for new group message: YES(choose sound) / NO

It is already possible to mute certain groups or persons in teamchat using the mute button in the functionalities behind the 3 dots:

If we could just get a sound or beep with the notification that would be great. Its hard to use if people may miss it. So on mobile in particular. Thanks

Is this getting any closer? It’s a shame to not use a whole big section of the service due to lack of a few notifications. Either you know people see them or you don't use it. Thanks

There are currently no updates concerning this topic - as there are at the moment also no short-term plans to update/change the Notifications it is difficult for us to give you a more precise estimation as to when this request will be reviewed. Once we do have an update for you, we will inform you here! 😊
