View original message

Sometimes we get emails that are unreadable, or without text. Mostly this is solved when we select the 'view original message' button. We find this confusing, because we don't get a notification if a message is original or not. We miss things, or throw emails away because they do not have text in them. Please make sure there is going to be an option to always show the original message. Or a notification if the shown message is not the original one.

  • When an e-mail is forwarded the message that is forwarded is only visible when viewing the original message. We'd like to see this function added too.

  • We will research the possibilities to improve the email view in Trengo. As soon as we have updated this feature, I will keep you posted here!

  • There are occasions where we forward an email into Trengo so the support team can respond. This is difficult at the moment because the original message isn't shown which will contain the question from client. Would be good to easily see this
