Make last name invisible for costumers
During a chat the customer can only see the first name of the agent. When the agent answers the chat offline (by e-mail) or sends a copy of the chat by e-mail, the last name is also visible for the customer. Because of privacy protection reasons one of our teams (from collections) has a policy to never send the last name of agents in any form of communication with the customer. It would be great if there is an option in the settings to make the last name invisible in chats send by e-mail.
