27 Aug: New widget
We've released the new Widget: a fresh new look and many more features such as:
- Showing available agents;
- Adding Voice, WeChat, SMS and the Help Center as channels to the Widget;
- Customers and employees can add joy to the conversation by sending GIFs or emojis😁🎉😱😜;
- Being able to see what you customer is currently typing;
- Being able to see the customer's visiting path, browser and device.
