27 Aug: New widget

We've released the new Widget: a fresh new look and many more features such as: 

  • Showing available agents; 
  • Adding Voice, WeChat, SMS and the Help Center as channels to the Widget; 
  • Customers and employees can add joy to the conversation by sending GIFs or emojis😁🎉😱😜;
  • Being able to see what you customer is currently typing; 
  • Being able to see the customer's visiting path, browser and device.
