Daniela Backman This seemed to work yesterday for a limited time, but now the quickreply is added at the top of the text again. Maybe the update didn't go through completely?

Erik Schophuizen Unfortunately we had to revert the updates with Quick replies on friday because it caused another bug, but our developers are working hard on fixing it! I will update here once the quick reply updates are live again :)

It's been a year now, and it's a tiny feature improvement. Every single day we have to manually move quick replies in the body of the message. Every single day, several times.
This alone makes me want to check out Intercom. It is hard to know if this is coming soon or if it'll take another year... 😔 If not done in January I'm making the switch.

G M- I appreciate your feedback but what might seem like a tiny feature improvement can take a lot more time and effort on the back end. Rest assured we have been working very hard to relaunch this feature and others.
The update was party relaunched, so now if you type /qr , the quick reply pop up will appear and then you can insert it where your cursor is. If you use the quick reply button at the bottom (next to the send button), then the quick reply will be added at the top of the message.

Daniela Backman Wasn't aware of this /qr way. This works for me (and very likely for anyone who uses the keyboard more than they use the mouse).

I am a developer too and I know how challenging certain features can be to implement, even if visually small. I kind of let the Trengo customer part of me express their frustration on this one.

It is still not working for the iPhone Trengo app. Quick reply enter, starts at the top. Very annoying. Can this be updated as well?

W B Do you mean when you type /qr or when you choose from the standard feature? I just tested on my ios Trengo app and when you type /qr it does inste the quick reply where the cursor was.
