Autoreply options for internal comments

Hi,

 

We use internal comments to communicate with external companies like DHL. We want to have this communication as clean as possible and we want to use quickreplies so everyone communicates on the same way. We are now using zendesk. They have macro`s to do this.

  • Thanks for sharing this suggestion. At Trengo it is possible to communicate using Quick replies with your Partners, but this is shown as external communication. You can choose to link conversations with each other, so you can easily communicate updates from your partner with your customer.
