Immediately insight into the main overview whether the customer is online or not.

Provide an agent with immediate insight into whether a customer is online or not, within your own ticket box (assigned to me). not only when you actually open the conversation, but you can immediately see in the complete ticket overview, at a glance, whether the customer is online or not.

    As mentioned in this post, you can view the online/offline status already within the conversation itself in the right side bar.

    There is currently no update on the status of this request but we will keep you updated!
