Change IVR menu outside business hours automaticly (eg. via rules)
It is not possible to set an IVR menu outside business hours automaticly. We want to use different IVR menu's since urgent calls outside business hours should be routed to our maintenance servicepartner and other questions should be routed to our voicemail.
The option to set a rule to activate an IVR menu outside business hours would help us out!
