First customer contact
We would like to request the feauture to set a user as first customer contact. When a user in Trengo is assigned as first customer contact, he or she will receive all incoming calls and messages. This person then assigns the tickets to the correct people manually.

Hi Jeroen ! Thanks for this feature request! As my colleague already explained to you via email as well there is no direct setting in Trengo to achieve this but you can set up a specific Team to which you assign a person to handle the first customer contact from the channels - from there this person can then assign the conversation to the correct people manually.
However, for having an actual feature for this we will keep track of the demand for this feature and inform you here if/when we have relevant updates 😊
