Name contact person in auto reply
When someone emails, the contact person name is entered incorrectly. Consequently, when answering a ticket we have set the tag 'Dear [name]' to automatically add. What often happens is that someone from a company emails, for example: 'Pietje van Vleutel Trengo', can it be checked that [name] then only transfers Pietje instead of the entire text?
