Skip to next message when previous message is closed
Hi, it would be great to automatically move to the next message in the queue when you close a message instead of having that message stay on the screen and having to click the next message to actually get rid of it and see the next message.

indeed possible useful addition! So in settings it could be possbible to indicate that closing a ticket would (like closing an email in outlook) either open the next or previous ticket, or go back to inbox/new.

That would help a lot for us. Then you can quickly go thru the inbox by close or assign.
