Flowbot should send conversation to chatbot to keep customer at chatbot to decrease people work hour.
We have realized that flowbot sending its conversation to teams as ending action, is it possible to send it to chat-bot and an ending action ? Maybe boat will be chosen as a team member ? It will be very helpful for us and help us to use chat-bot very effectively.

Thanks for sharing this idea Hamza. At this moment it is possible to link a chatbot to a flowbot, so it can answer questions if a Flowbot doesn't know the answer, but the suggestion of transferring a confersation to a chatbot is a good suggestion. I will keep track of this post and keep you up to date if there's any news!
