At this point we're only using e-mail in Trengo. Sometimes customers sent an e-mail with the order number in the text of the e-mail. We have manually copy paste the order number in the contact notes. The order number is important information, it's the first thing we look up when handling an e-mail. It would be great if these information was available in a wink.
Anne vd Kerkhof Thanks for elaborating Anne! This might be a difficult feature to realize, as our inbox is used by many different organisations who all have a different form of registering orders or numbers.
It is always possible to develop such a feature yourself making use of our API (developers.trengo.com).
We are looking into the possibilities of this feature and combining it with the custom fields.
