Rules > Forward to e-mail: Please add option for custom subject

We use e-mail notification to alert our team when there is a new Trello ticket. The team uses a shared inbox for all types of request and then "flags" messages in Outlook.

Currently when a ticket is forwarded to e-mail, there is nothing to distinguish it from other tickets. So therefore some form of content in the subject would be nice. For example: first message typed by customer or the number / name of contactperson.
