Sending tickets to a contactgroup
We can create a contact group but can not send a email/ticket to them. would be great to be able to send the whole group a email/ticket and additionally be able to select if we want al of them in one ticket or separate tickets per contact emails address.
At this moment the contact group feature is used for Bulk SMS and it can be used as a condition for Rules.
Using contact groups for Bulk email, however, sounds like a great feature. Please let me know if that's what you are interested in, and I'll make sure to keep track of this wish and keep you up to date if there are any updates.
