Rule "Is first message" not working

I have created a rule for 2 email channels that should send an autoreply but only once the conversation has two or more messages. Unfortunately this rule is triggered every time, so also when the first message is being received. I have included a screenshot.

  • Thanks for sharing Wouter! It appears as if the "is first message" is not working within an emailchannel. We will look into this and keep you up to date about any changes.
