Allow users to access the same chat across devices

Our users are typically moving between devices, ie. Start on desktop and then head out on their mobile. It would make a lot of sense if a user could access their support conversation across devices.

This provides a more seamless experience for the user 

Intercom is a good example of this working well.

  • Thanks for sharing this feature. As for now we have chosen to only give the possibility to be online at one place at the same time, but I will definitely keep track of this wish and keep you up to date if there's any news. 

  • 100% agree. Very disappointing to learn that I can't get notifications on my phone. Running around all day and often away from my desktop, very easy to miss messages from clients.

    If I would get a notification on my phone that would be very unlikely that I'd miss it.
