
Activate Flowbot outside business hours (without a Rule)

We think there should be an option to have a Flowbot become active after business hours. At this point it's only possible to make him respond after a visitor sends a message. Big disadvantage is that the customer expects a real person, but gets a bot; after the question was posted.
An extra option within Settings > Website widgets > Website chat would be great.
Just toggle for 'Flowbot outside business hours' with field to choose the Flowbot you like to become active.
I think a flowbot is perfect to receive visitors outside business hours.
