Insert hyperlinks in chatbot answers

Hi Maartje ! Thank you for sharing 😊 The possibility to add hyperlinks in the chatbot and the Flowbot is something we would really like to have as a feature!

For now, I recommend you to use a url shortener such as https://bitly.com/ if you have extra long links. We will monitor the demand for this feature and will update you here once there are developments regarding implementing such a feature!
