Assign tickets that originate from an automated greeting to colleague
Currently, you can add rules or widget automations / greeting to Trengo, but you can't seem to combine them. For example, when one our our users visits a specific landing page, we have set up a greeting to let them start a chat with us. To my knowledge, it's not currently possible to assign that ticket, originated from a greeting from a widget automation, to the colleague that handles these requests.
It would be very helpful to be able to do that, so we can assign tickets to colleagues, responsible for chatting with new leads we try to haul in.
