profile in report

Hi
Is it possible to put a profile filter in the reports as well,
I can not bridal how many ticket I had per customer

  • Hi mor nahmani ! Thanks for sharing! I read that you would like to be able filter on profiles in the reports as well - just like you can filter on channels, users, and labels. Is that correct? If yes, do you then mean the customer profiles that you create in Trengo or do you mean some other profiles? Looking forward to hear from you!

      mor nahmani Thank you for the clarification Mor. This is a great point of feedback! We will take this under consideration and hopefully when we make updates to the reporting section, include the ability to filter based on contacts/profiles.

      Hi mor nahmani , No update yet. We don't have an iteration for the Reporting section on our current roadmap, so I cannot say when we would be able to take this feature request into consideration. We will inform you here if we decide to move forward with this request.


      You could use custom profile fields, which are available in the reports exports. I realise this would require you to connect a profile AND note this profile in the custom profile field, but this is a possible solution for keeping track of how many profiles you interact with.

      Hi, I have a hard time understanding, I need a simple report, how many tickets were per profile, I now need to build special fields, to know a basic thing?

      mor nahmani I understand it's inconvenient, but reports based on profiles is not a feature we offer at the moment.

      As I said, this is a great point of feedback which we'll hopefully be able to implement at some point.
