Option to disable "snoozing" of Live Chat greetings

Currently it's not possible to send multiple greetings with Trengo, based on website events / triggers. I suggest; 

- To add the possibility to send multiple greetings (currently a visitor can only receive one greeting)

- To add the possibility to send greetings based on events / triggers on the website (like a # in the url for instance)

  • Thanks for sharing! If a customer browses through the website, he/she is definitely able to receive multiple greetings. However, if someone chooses to close a greeting, greetings will be snoozed for 10 minutes. 

     

    I do like the second feature however, thanks for sharing!

      In that case an option 'not to snooze' greetings would be great. In our case we use multiple triggers / events to send different messages during the order process to assist and advice our customers. With Trengo this is currently not possible. Hopefully in the near future!
