Voice channel being set offline after a while

I am using the voice channel to redirect calls to my cell phone. I leave the voice channel active at all times. If I don’t answer, the call is redirected to the voicemail. So far so good. But when I enable the voice channel for over a day (I have no idea how long exactly), the channel still seems to be active (the icon is green on both the web client and the mobile client), and it says calls are redirected to the mobile phone, but when someone calls, they get the message that no agents are available. When I then disable and enable the voice channel, everything again works fine, but again only for a certain amount of time.

is the voice channel disabled automatically after a certain period? But then, why does this not show correctly in the interface? I hope this can be fixed?
