More options for a notification
It would be nice if there are more options for notification sounds. For example: an incoming chat from our website, I would love my team to pick it up as soon as possible so a different and longer (repeating) notification would be nice in order to pick it up as fast as possible. In the current situation a single 'ping' is played but with over 10 channels you don't recognize the chats within the notifications.

Thanks for sharing Adam! That sounds like a great idea! I have had some people in the inbox stating that they wished an incoming chat would ring like an incoming call (so it rings until someone assigns this). Would this also be something you are looking for?
