Quick help for a colleague

At this moment you can only check your own not answered e-mails at the file: Assigned to me. In the past you could also see the not answered e-mails from a colleague.

Example: If you quickly want to help your colleague in their tickets you can't filter on not answered where in the past this was possible and then you could help easier by sayaing I start at the bottom and you on the top and then work to eachother to help this colleague.

Can this filter come back to all users within an organisation?

  • Thanks for sharing this feature Marco! I will keep track of your wish and keep you up to date if there's any news. 

    In the meantime, you can filter by "assigned" conversations of a colleague. A green circle with the number of messages says: last message comes from the customer (unanswered), a grey one means: last message comes from an agent (answered).
