More information about messages that failed to send
Right now, there's no context when a message doesn't reach one of our contacts. (E.g. when it's blocked by a spam filter.) Trengo only shows me a notification that says "Something went wrong while sending...". When I click that notification, it opens the message that failed sending. But it doesn't state that in the thread itself. Nor does it show why it failed to send. Both would be very useful.

Meanwhile, our support agents are more than happy to check for you why your email doesn't reach your contact.
