Giphy in rules
When livechatting in Trengo you can use Giphys. It would be great to have this function within the "rule" options.
So when you need to generate a smile at the visitors face you can you a Giphy.
For example:
When there is no-one available for live chat you can ask the visitor to e-mail us accompanied with a nice (humoristic) gif
