Being able to send direct notifications to Trengo iOS/Android app

We would like to have the possibility to use a rule action to send a direct notification to the Trengo App running on our employees phones. For instance when we have SLA customers contacting us outside business hours, we would like to notify our employees if the ticket is not answered in a x time.

  • Peter Batenburg  Thank you for your submission. You are able to set up a rule to send a notification to users when specific conditions are met, such "as elapsed is".  Please see the screenshot attached for instructions on how to do so.
