Employee overview

I would like to see some kind of dashboard where I can see in real time what a colleague is doing. Is he / she on a call, and if so for how long? Is the person chatting or emailing? And is the colleague available for calls or is he / she unavailable.

Monitoring the team is now an important aspect for us with Corona because we often work from home.

    At this moment there is already a start of this overview on the right side of your inbox: 

    Here you can see some of the things you requested for: 

    - Status Online / Away / Offline. 

    Here Online means: Logged in & available for Live Chat

    Away means: Logged in & not available for Live Chat

    Offline means: not logged in. 

    - Call status which comes in three colors: 

    Green: available for calls

    Red: Not available for calls

    Orange: currently in a call

    I understand is what you wish for is to have this information and some extra's in an extra page / dashboard overview. At this moment we have not scheduled such a feature and I can believe that the wishes for what to show on this dashboard may vary from customer to customer. It is always possible to build this using our API. Meanwhile I will keep track of this post and keep you informed when we are planning on building such a dashboard, or whether I have a customer that build one of those themselves.
