Notification sound when flowbot assigns new ticket

When a guest in a flow is being forwarded to an employee, I have set the action "mark as new ticket". I see a (1) appear (new message) in the browser tab of the Trengo Inbox, but I don't hear a notification sound. Only when the guest types a new message, I hear the notification sound. I would really like to see an option like this, so i can hear when a guest is forwarded to us.
