15 Jun: Rules update

We've add some new features to our Rules. 

From now on you can set these conditions within the Rules: 

  1. "Is first message" --> to check whether it is the first message within a conversation. 
  2. Contact group --> add actions to conversations from customers based on their contact group. 
  3. Ticket Team --> Add actions to conversations connected to specific teams. 

Next to some new conditions, there are some new actions as well: 

  1. Add to contact group --> Add someone to a specific contact group based on the right conditions. 
  2. Remove from contact group --> Delete someone from a specific contact group based on the right conditions. 
  3. Send Message --> Send an automated message based upon the actions. (Messaging channels only).

Next to these new options, it is possible to duplicate Rules as well. This way it is very easy to create similar Rules.
