Send later function
It would be awesome if there was a button to send an e-mail later. Now you can press "Send" to send your message, but what if you can press "Send later" en enter a date / time when the message should be send? That way you can create an e-mail now, and send it later that evening, or maybe at the end of the week.
Why this can be handy? Well maybe you had to do something for someone and you are finished early, but you don't want to send that your ready. Because the next time the expection will be that it is done within 24 hours. When you can create your mail but can queue it for Trengo to send it two days later all expectations stay where you want them, and you can let it go.
Hi Eduard, thanks for sharing! Anyone who wants to send an email via Trengo has three options: send immediately, send and close or send later. These options are accessible via the arrow to the right of the green send button.

Nick Dijkstra Eduard I am still searchin into when this doens't show up. I know the send later button is not a feature when replying to an email, but that is because the actual ticket is already created and the "draft" will automatically be stored in your assigned folder, so that's why there is no send later feature there. I am not sure where you are looking elsewhere but I'm curious to learn.
