CSAT for live chat improvements

We are using CSAT for out live chat now and it would be nice if the feedback could be given inside the chat. This would lower the barrier to give feedback significantly. Showing a link can give the impression that you have to fill out an extensive form. 

 

Until then it would be nice if you can edit the HREF tekst of the link.

Now customer sees the full url with uuid, it would be nicer to show something like:
