"Answered ticket" as timestamp in reporting export

Currently, there are only two possible timestamps per entry: "Ticket created" and "Ticket closed" in the export.

Is it possible to add another timestamp here with "Ticket answered"?

There are currently no updates concerning this topic - as there are at the moment also no short-term plans to update/change the Reporting section it is difficult for us to give you a more precise estimation as to when this request will be reviewed.
