Outbound use Channel

I would like an option on a channel to enable/disable the outbound use of the channel.

Why, because i have some e-mail channels that i use for notifications only.

If i want to start a conversation now i can accidentally choose one of the e-mailchannels and it makes the list of possible channels shorter and more clear for the users.
