Same here. Clean title, with hyperlink. Anyone knows how to avoid it opens a new window? Feel like a bug, because after when it opens a new windos, the flowbot is starting again from 0. After directing to a certain page in SELF, customers should then be able to start a live chat in stead of flowbot.
Thank you all for your feedback. Hyperlinks in the flowbot is definitely something we want to have as a feature in the near future!
For now, I recommend you to use a url shortener such as https://bitly.com/ if you have extra long links.
W B That does indeed sound like a bug, the flowbot shouldn't start from 0 after a user clicks on a link. Could you report this to our product support team email@example.com for further research?
You do however want the link to open a new window so that the customer doesn't get redirected away from the chat.
