Trigger Flowbot on specific times / dates

We'd like to have the option to have different flowbots at different times e.g.

- inside business hours (we're at your service)

- outside business hours (indicate that you're offline but still people may leave their message)

- during weekends (indicating that Monday we'll be active again)

    Thanks for sharing! We are currently working on a feature to activate flowbots on the basis of Rules. 

    So soon you will be able to activate a Flowbot with rules using this conditions: 

    - Is inside Business hours

    - Is outside Business hours

    - etc. 

    I will keep you up to date as soon as this feature will be released.

  • Boy Brabander I notice you had a similar wish, in this post it is explained how this can be done using our rules !

    • Tamara Berner our issue is more about loading the full flowbot based on the opening hours. We are now using rules to triger it, but this happens AFTER the customer starts a conversation. We would like to have the bot fully operational outside busiess hours, including the robot avatar. This seems not possible at this time.
