We would like to be able to create rules based on outbound messages (currently rules are only available for inbound messages). For example: being able to label automatically if our message to the customer contains a specific word of phrase.
Thanks for the suggestion! This will definitely be a add-on for the Rules in the future.

We will implement Rules on outbound messages in the feature, as soon as there is a schedule for this, I will keep you posted here!
Alessandro Berno You have sheared an idea about "Automated Tags on Quickreplies". Thank you for that! We are currently working on implementing Rules on outbound messages. It will be possible then to trigger a Rule that adds a label when closing a message. I'll keep you posted!
Rules based on outbound messages would be very usefull. We want to add default a BCC to every outbound message. (Because of legislation to store all your communications for a number of years).
When do you think this will be added in Trengo Tamara Berner and Aga Wenska , would be very useful!
