CSAT language

Hi there!

Had contact with Team Trengo regarding the CSAT. It is not possible to change the text next to the emoji's 'very dissatisfied'. Would be great if we could.

  • I have reported the same issue to Trengo. In addition:

    - The email subject looks bad due to the English text of the buttons, see screenshot 1

    - And  the placeholder text and button can't be translated, see screenshot 2

We are eager to start using the CSAT flows, but mix of languages is a bad experience and unacceptable.

When will this be resolved ?

    Cheers, Vincent

  • Hi Daniela Backman

Could you please let me know what the status is of this request?

We would like to go live with CSAT in Dutch, but this English texts need to be translated to not ruin the UX.

    Cheers, Vincent

Hi vvanroon we don't have any updates on this request at the moment. For now, we have not planned any future improvements for CSAT. We will let you know if this changes.

  • Hello Trengo,

Daniela Backman We are also having this problem, it is very unprofessional to our customers to have a mixed language CSAT form.

This really seems more like a bug then an improvement idea. Any chances this can make the list?

    Greetings,

    Jelle
